Shipping Details


Our shipments are done by different carriers. We work together with the following companies: PostNL, DHL, DPD, UPS, DHL Express, Red je Pakketje, Sandd mail, DHL Europlus Pallet and bpost.



BENELUX:                                 app. 1-3 workdays               

EUROPE:                                   app. 2-5 workdays



Our standard shipping costs are different per country/address. These costs can be found at the checkout of the products. For orders with an order value of €100,- or more, the shipping costs are free in the EU. For some orders you can choose for a Fast-Service, these additional costs will be charged to you. Please note that some orders may incur additional costs such as: import duties and extra taxes (this often happens outside the EU). These costs are for your account.



Are you not satisfied with your order? No problem, you can return your order within 14 days after delivery. Download your Return / Exchange form at the bottom of this page and send it along with the return. Please note that the return costs + shipping costs are for your own account This will be deducted from the refund of your returned products. Have you ordered multiple products, and would you like to return a part of them? That is possible, If the residual value of your order is under the limit of € 100, – you pay the shipping costs paid by MORINO. This will be deducted from the refund of your returned products.

When returning one or more products, all shipped items must be returned completely intact, unworn, unwashed with labels/tags and in their original packaging before we will refund your money. If this is questioned by MORINO, we will send the items back to you at all times and the shipping costs will be charged to you.

If one or more products are eligible for a refund, we will refund your money within 14 days of receiving the product in question. This will always be refunded to the same: Account number, PayPal account, Credit card used to pay for the order. We do this to optimize the safety of our customers.



Not satisfied with the size or colour? No problem, you can exchange your order for free. MORINO only pays the return costs once per order. Download your return/exchange form on the bottom of this page.
